Founder & Strategy Director As the Founder and Managing Director of Contevo, Carlos is a digital pioneer with over 12 years’ experience having worked with clients like Coopers, Goodyear, Disney and Swarovski. In 2005, during the birth of web 2.0, Carlos successfully utilised Myspace to acquire 5000 new member subscriptions for his own start up. More recently, he launched an ecommerce Facebook ad campaign that achieved a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 1800%. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing/Management) from Monash University.

Simon Hill

Technical Director With 12 years of digital experience, Simon systematically identifies and removes roadblocks, allowing for greater growth and linear progression. His attentive analytical work style has seen him produce results for an array of clients, including Crown Casino, Visit Brisbane, Southern Cross Austereo, and Priceline. These impressive results include growth hacking Strong Lift Wear from a 2k per month business to over 200k. Highly educated, Simon holds a Bachelor of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering.

Content & Accounts Director As Director of Content and Accounts, Candice DeVille is a digital veteran with over 15 years experience working with clients like Mercedes-Benz, Neutrogena, and Samsung. As an influential marketer, she has spoken and conducted training for ProBlogger Conference, PRIA, and General Assembly while also being featured on CNN Asia and ABC Radio National. She also grew her own blog from 0 to 100k monthly readers in 2 years, while amassing a YouTube account with 20k subscribers and 2.4 million views!

Sam Bochiwal

Commercial Director With over 10 years’ of experience in marketing, Sam is extremely meticulous and data-driven when crafting solutions. He designs digital marketing strategies that are unquestionably unique and fitting for company objectives. Sam has paved successful solutions for Yarra Trams, Groupon, Cars Guide and Youi Insurance where his strategic work lead to a 400% traffic increase by ranking the “car insurance” search term at position 4 on Sam holds a Bachelor of Business and Masters of Commerce.
