Gym apparel start-up, Strong Lift Wear, was looking to make waves in a highly competitive online market. They needed a digital partner to help them reach an ambitious goal: to become the largest Aussie grown gym apparel brand online. We knew what to do.
SLW needed a partner that understood the entire customer journey in Ecommerce, from brand recognition through to conversion, and then retention and advocacy. The bottlenecks to growth could then be determined across this journey, and improvements put into place where needed to strategically increase the overall amount of revenue and profit.
